    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the NarcTrack platform provided by Veritas Technology Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the NarcTrack Service.

    2. Description of Service

    NarcTrack is a cloud-based medication tracking and inventory management system designed for EMS agencies and healthcare providers. It facilitates the logging, tracking, and auditing of medication inventory, including controlled substances.

    3. User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for:

    • Configuring your account settings and ensuring authorized access.
    • Maintaing the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • Ensuring accurate data entry, particularly regarding controlled substance logs. The Service provides tools for documentation but does not replace your legal obligation to maintain accurate records.
    • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to DEA regulations, state pharmacy board rules, and local protocols.

    4. License and Access

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You agree not to:

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
    • Use the Service to violate any rigorous legal or regulatory requirements.
    • Upload or transmit any malicious code or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VERITAS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

    SPECIFICALLY, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE USE OF NARCTRACK WILL PREVENT DIVERSION OR ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY AUDITS. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEDICATION SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE REMAINS SOLELY WITH THE AGENCY.

    6. Role of System; Limitation of Authority

    NarcTrack is a Notification and Documentation Tool Only. We provide the software infrastructure to track inventory and identify potential variances or anomalies. We are NOT a law enforcement agency, regulatory body, or decisions authority.

    If the System identifies an individual as having a potential variance or diversion event:

    • It is the sole responsibility of the Customer (the agency or organization) to investigate, interview, and adjudicate the matter in accordance with their internal policies and applicable laws.
    • We do not determine guilt or innocence.
    • We are not responsible for any employment actions, legal proceedings, or reputational damage resulting from the use of data provided by the System.

    However, we will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation initiated by the Customer or external authorities, including the provision of detailed access logs, location data, and transaction histories.

    7. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
